* LAND FOR FARMING PROBLEM
There is clearly a problem with land for farming, right across the globe. In the United Kingdom during the course of doing research for farming projects. it came to our attention that, most land for farming up and down the country has been sold by the Government. The Consevartive party started selling off land when they were in power. When Labour took over the ruling of the country, they carried on with land selling policy.
Anybody who wants to farm have to contact the City Council, who will tell them to contact the land registry office in their own home towns or cities. The land registry office will tell them to go out and look for land, where they want to farm. Note down the Post Code area. Then go back to them to look on their computer data information. For them to pin point where that land is and see who owns the land. By the way you have to fill in a form before hand, which you submit with a £6.00 fee. kindly enough you can submit up to five different land findings and submit for the same amount. Please beware each time you go out looking for land in another area. You are liable to pay that fee. The only land the government have available to the public in their area is allotments. You have to pay so much per year to garden on the allocated land.
When you find out who owns the land. Ask them about their terms and conditions. Some of them you can not even walk on their land without their permission or without a provided foot path for public use. If you want to do a farming project. You will have to rent a land from the land owner. You do not build a property on the rented land, you just go there for day's farming and back home.
We asked this question to the City Council. Who owns the land between the motorways in the middle of nowhere? Can someone go and do farming on the land between, going from the midlands to London? Answer: (scratching the head) "Not sure about that. We shall have to find out." In some countries people go out into the deep forests to do farming, nobody bothers them, as long as they bring at the end of the season a land's produce for someone to make a meal of it. There is an example if you pick up the information journal from the land registry office. How much it has cost some land owners to buy land off the government. One example, shows how a land is registered, and how much it costs. How much was that? £78,000.00 for three acres. That is three small bits of land, wich you see while driving along the motorway. That green, green, grass of home is very expensive to have or to make use of. Find out how much rent a farmer will have to pay the land lord.
In Cornwall for example the land for growing apples was abandoned over twenty years ago. Apples have to be imported, to the UK. The land is need to be used to grow home food, not to lie to waste, and being sold to a land owner who can not use it. By the way not all land owners have registered their land. Some haven't bothered to register or don't know how to go about registering their land at all.
Word of warning to the government, all this land in the United Kingdom belong to people for them to farm. Grow food to feed their families and their people, not to lie in waste as a land decorational fields to look at while people starve, because they can not afford to buy expensive vegetables, which have to be imported from abroad when they have God given land to grow their own food. The land will have to be looked at very carefully, if not someone will end up resigning. There is a lot of money pocketing about, now it is land grabbing. Question? What did the government do with the money they sold all the land for farming in the UK? £78,000.00 multiply by how much? Don't ask someone might have a fit. Just for example there have been clashes in Burma with the government over land for farming. They have sold available land to wealthy people and they are asking the poor to buy land. For them to do farming projects. That did not go down well. This is supossed to be in the report. Some people have been repamanded over some things.
NB: This registering of information applies to properties as well. It can be a shop or some kind of business premises or a house, you name it. Some people at one time might have purchased a property and have abandoned plans to use it or to refurbish it. Some properties have been empty for over twenty years. Some information has emerged concerning land. We have been told to mention this on the Blog, and then people concern will start owning up one by one.
The united kingdom land issues started over twenty years ago. Land was being bought cheaply and sold at a handsome profit. The person dealing with the land issues was the Enviromental Secretary. He says we can mention his name, which was the right honourable gentleman. Douglas Hodge.
The person who purchased a lot of land at that time. We were told from time to time. He was the richest man in the United kingdom. His name was the "Duke of Westminster" He talked a number of rich people, including the Royal Family.
The Duke was approached by then, Enviromental Secretary mentioned above. If he can purchase a land, which had an estate of 50 acres of land. It was bought by the Duke at a £50,000 sale prise. Land was cheap then. Five years later he decided to make some profit. Like a property, the land was valued and etimated to be sold at £250,000. He later called in another land evaluater to check it out further more. He suggested that if he wants to make good profit. It should go for double that amount. In his opinion that was what the estate worth. The Enviromental Secretary, was amazed at the offer, but because he like the estate and was attracted to the amount of land that went with it. He decided to buy it. The Duke asked him. Question: "where would he get the money from?" Answer: "He would borrow from the bank." the response from the Duke was, his income would not be enough to pay for that. Reply: "He would raise the money from here and there."
Anyway the deal was made with a bit of worries here and there. The Duke was very concerned, but the buyer was determined to buy the estate. He struggled a bit. Financies with the first Tory government recession, made things hard. He did not have enough money to keep up with land payments. He says we can say the next bit that, He decided not to borrow from his government Depertment, but to take or to steal from it. He banked some and then pocketed some of the money. He used it to help pay for the morgage of the estate. Anyway the rest is history. We shall leave you, the tax payers. To have a say at how your money has been used here and there, everywhere. The people who may have anything to do with money pocketing, will probably start to owner up one by one. Some from employers of one sort or another. They will be rounded up. Let them explain how they thought would get away with it. The English, the Scotish and the Welsh parliaments, eve the Irish one. There will be approars in all of them. You will find a lot of thieves, in sheep's skin and in fine apperel. Which means the well off, well dressed, would rather spend someone else's money rather than theirs, will be beyond someone's imagination. The tax payer will have to keep quiet about this or make a lot noise! Let's be clear I am not doing this myself. I am being told to pass this message to the public. This money pocketing is a common thing all around the world. Your country wherever you are is affected. Find out who pocked or has pocked your money, while you nearly starved to death. Large amounts of money on a large scale.

If someone needs information about these empty properties. You still need to find out the name of the place where the property is. The addres and post code if possible and and fill in the application form from the land registry, and pay £6.00 they will then try to find out who owns the property. Please some of the owners of the properties have not bothered to register them. This property situation is the same all across the globe. Some properties are too expensively priced to either buy or rent. Most people who want to run a business can not afford to pay the rent. For example shops that are situated in the city centre cost £40,000. or £30,000 or so, pending the size of the property. That is two to four people's wages. How can someone afford to pay such high rent place rates, which are calculated by the City Council. That is like a value of property added tax. This is in form of rates.
** UPDATE: HOW BUSINESS PROPERTY TAX RATES VALUE IS WORKED OUT
The tax rates value for business properties are worked out by paying 48.7 pence in a £1.00 that is nearly 50% tax on property you want to rent to run a business. People fell stretched to pay such amount of tax. It would be more reasonable for that figure to be reduced to 25 pence in a £1.00 anything more than that, would be a financial rip off! Which will cause or make certain people, lay their hands on the money wrongly. They might either pocket it or divert it! Ask anyone if they have pocketed the business rates money? If they had a smile on their faces that has now faded. If the can pay it back, maybe the consequences will not be too high.
**UPDATE: According to the prebudget earlier this in December, 2009. All Business properties, which cost under £18,000.00 per year will be exempt from paying rates, as from April, 2010. Which is the property value added tax.

As an axample there has been an upproar in Philadelphia, USA. There is a branch office there. Ordinary people trying to use the properties whichhave been empty for years, were threatening to kick them doors in and get in and make use of the properties, especially for shops. The problem with door kick in is, it is against the law, to squate. That would be break in and entery. In the UK people would have scotland Yard cash in to investigate. They have been sent an email. In the USA it would be the FBI. They wanted an email. So beware how you handle things. Just lobby the government.

SOME OF THE PEOPLE AT CENTRE OF MONEY POCKETING PROBLEM
We have a situation that has come about. There has been an upproar about land buying by the Duke of Devonishre from the Duke of Westminiter. He is willing to give the land back. Other rich people who have bought the land from him are: Micheal Aspel, Micheal Parkinson. These people wanted email sent to them. We shall leave others for a while. They will owner up. The advise to the government is to buy back the land from these fat cats, as they are called, and give it to the people, where it belongs!
FININCIAL CRISIS:
A former member of Parliament of the Conservative Party. Came forward and wanted an email sent to him. He was warned that he would exposed for wrong doings, he might have done. Like when the Tories were in power and introduced Council Tax, only in England and Wales. As an MP in Scotland. He has said that, we can mention his name, which is Malcolm Rifkind. The former Conservative Party Foreign Secretary.
He introduced Council Tax in Scotland, through the back door of the English Parliament. He braved it and ended being repamanded for a long period of time. He warns others not to play politics. Instead look after people's welfare in a fair way.
He has come out with some disturbing revelations. Things should be sorted out before the finances became worse, about money pocketing. He mentioned that, he works for the Bank Of Scotland, (RBS) on the fincancial side of things. He helps his colleagues to make profits from investment and pocket some of the money. Question: Do you pocket some of the money yourself? Answer: I do. Question: If you work for the Bank how much do you earn? Answer: £200,000
He is in tears and has agreed to spill the beens. He is totally hopeless. He said, there are many more people pocketing the money, within the Bank who should owner up and come out before things get worse. There is a number of them.
**GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS MONEY CRISIS!
Worse still, a number of Government officials have said their names can be mentioned. We tried to make things a bit more discret. But to no avail. Jack Straw came out and said we can mention his name. He spent large amounts of Council Tax two years ago, in the form of expenses. When he found out that, it was Council Tax money he stopped it. We are talking of millions of Council Tax money being pocketed over the years by Government officials. Including the Former Lady Prime Minister. She says we can mention her name. she wanted an email sent to her. She knows the situation very well. She admits to spending £2,000,000 some of the money, she says her late husband wanted to buy a flat in London, so that they could be near work when attending Parliament. She refused to take any money. But he had gone behind her back to borrow the money. It is still a huge mortgage deficit. The Bank RBS will have the details. The rest of the money she used it to travel the world. She even went where she wasn't invited. She delibrately used Government funds for travel expenses. That is her put to one side. Other former prime ministers are just as quilty of the mis-use of Council Tax funds.
Another honourable gentleman came forward. The Shadow Foreign Secretary. William Hague has said his name can be mentioned. He spent a lot of Council Tax money as MP's expenses. He bought two homes, one in London and another in Scotland, up the North near Stonaway. He still has those homes. He rents the one up north. Such is the way they have spent the Tax payer's money. The figures are that high. It is difficult to even mention them. It is the staggering amount of funds they have pocketed over the years. They should come out and pay back the money or face consquences.
Scotland Yard wanted an email sent to them. A number of people will face arrest. Nottingham Constabulary wanted an email. There will be a situation there, things will come head to head to try and end the Council Tax bill. Do not rule out someone having a custard pie thrown in their faces. If you are a government official worker. Warning flee the building, when tempers start to rise.
Manchester, Liverpool, Nottingham and Birmingham, and Kent City Councils wanted emails.
Some of their management team of four of them, pocketed Council Tax in Large amounts, running into millions. Question to a Manchester Manager: "Where is the £2,000,000 you each stole?" Reply: "We didn't steal it." "What does pocketing money mean?" No answer, but yawn, yawn, yawn, and yawn! At last an Answer: In the Off Shore Account, in Guernsey. Most rich people seem to deposit funds there. Most of these Council money pocketers, can be investigated and many others not mentioned. Including Anne Widcombe and Hariett Harman. They wanted to be sent email. They have been repamanded. A good number of MPs have been sent the email, after they asked for one. None of them said a thing. But those who braved it faced the Prime Minister. He put the matter to oneside. What was he hidding that, he just did not order Council Tax to be cancelled immediately? He wanted an email sent to him, as well. So far he has been sent three, one was to be forwarded to him by the Chancellor of the Ex-chequer.
We head Chequers. It was the Prime Minister's official residence. He wanted an email sent to him. Question: Can we use the email address, in Downing Street, which is on a pulpit, where he gives a speech to a certain visiting audience, which says Number10.co.uk. Answer: No, no, no!
They say their names can be mentioned to get it off their chest. Their excuse? It was the usual suspects. The money was spent in the form of expenses. We wonder why they don't listen to the poor. The BBC TV are very keen to make people pay a TV Lincence, even if it means using force to enter people's homes and check if they have a TV in their homes. Question to Lincece Investigator: Do you have a search warrant? Answer: Yes. And then they take them to court and pay up to £1,000.00 If they can't pay. They go to jail. Question: "How many have you jailed so far?" "Not sure. Quite a large number, I say 22 people so far." Since when? scratches the back of the head. Response: Forget it and runs off! That is the Chief Excutive trying to put things right! Question: "Do Licence payers know how their money is spent?" Scratches the head. Not sure. We thought they funded good quality programmes.
No. They do not fund good quality programmes, most of it is reality shows. House selling after selling, which most people can not afford. Also Attic clearance Auction programmes. Some people don't even have attics. They live in expensive rented accommodation of flats of one sort or another.
THE NEWS 24 CHANNEL.
IT IS SAME NEWS HEADLINES ALL DAY, ALL NIGHT. YOU DRAIN PEOPLE's MINDS LIKE THAT. CHANGE THE SUBJECT. EXAMPLE: INSTEAD OF ANNOUNCING JOB LOSES DURING RECESSION TIME, OR LARGE DEATHS AROUND THE WORLD. MAKE AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF THIS NEW CHARITY, WHICH HAS COME UP WITH AN IDEA TO CREATE JOBS FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK, AND START A BUSINESS. START FARMING, GROW YOUR OWN FOOD IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY, INSTEAD OF IMPORTING THE FOOD, WHICH BECOMES TOO EXPENSIVE FOR PEOPLE TO BUY. NO, BUT YOU RELY ON OTHERS TO DO THE GROWING FOR YOU AND YOU JUST EAT WELL, IF YOU EARN A GOOD WAGE AND POCKET THE MONEY. NOT A THOUGHT ABOUT THE POOR, UNTIL THEIR CIRCUMSTANCES CHARGE, THAT'S WHEN THEY NEED HELP. SOME THINGS AND ATTITUDES NEED TO BE CHANGED.
Where does the money go to then? It was in the news. In case you missed it. It went like. The BBC have between a whole lot of them workers pocketed, £500,000 and more shocking news that. The BBC were going to give to one pensioner, who wanted to retire on the grounds of ill health, £8,000,000 million. Question: Where will the funds come from to pay all that amount to one person? Reply: Licence. Question: Which Licence? Answer: There is only one Licence, in't there? Response: There are others, like someone can set up a Radio Station and get a Broadcasting Lincence. Asked again? Which Licence? Answer: A TV Licence. There you are, half a million pounds is paid to someone who does not care whether the poor have eaten properly or not. Worse to come.
Where else does the BBC TV Licence fee go to? We bumped into some disturbing information. We wondered why the Web site for the Charitable Organisation could be not be announced for people to read the Published Report on the Internet. The person in charge an Editor, ignored it and passed a comment , without even reading it. She was forced to read it. After digesting the information. It was agreed the public should know about the Web Site. Have they announced the Web Site yet? No. Because nobody cares about the people and their children in the country who go hungry. It is easy to collect money out of them. Poor people would beg to just have so much left in their pocket to spend on food. The money collectors get angry, very angry, that they even threaten to call in the bailifs to cease their goods and sell them, at the auction. How much did one old three piece fetch at the auction? Answer: £20.00 Here are Government officials ruling over people in a very unreasonale way. Their time is up!
That's not all. The BBC Boss, a few days ago paid a news paper, £30,000 for an advert to use a Licence fee funds to start up another Broadcasting Channel. When it was mentioned to her about this Bailif use of poverty money collection. One family said, They had their three piece suite taken. They had to sit on the floor for a year. They could not afford to replace one. The Lady BBC TV Boss said, "She would have hers replaced within a short time!" How? How much does she earn, for sitting in a comfortable chair and arrogantly puffing a ciggarret, after ciggarret and sipping cups of tea? It was after she read the Report and found it okay. untill she read where it says, TV Licence will be cancelled. She was not happy about that.
Reply: Earned £90,000 per year. Who pays her wages including those other workers at the main BBC TV Department? Answer: Their wages are paid by TV Licence money. The other workers elsewhere are paid from funds generated from the advertising revenue, on those other BBC TV Channels. What adverts. Does anybody see fairy liquid or free dandruff shampoo! Ney like the Scotsman would say.
Most countries in the world, charge little or do not charge TV Licence, at all, except in China and Sweden. BBC TV copied that to keep the TV Licence from the Scandinavian countries, like one of them mentioned above. They have ignored to advertise. Instead they opted to robe the poor. They are being short sighted. They display ignorant arrogance!
The best thing is, to get Dick Turpin or Robin Hood to robe them and give to the poor.
How much income do they generate each year? Answer: they collect £3.6 billion pounds a year TV Licence fee money. Are TV licence payers going to keep quiet about this? We thought a good thing has just come out of this: Sweden say, they will cancel Their TV Licence Charges. Question: When? We shall, but not yet. Will the UK follow suit? Not sure. The Director General is repamanded. Can't speak, not now later. He says between not sounding well and recoverying. When will the Licence be cancelled? Answer: In perhaps one and half to two year's time! That's not on, you are taking advantage of the public. They are very angry. You make profit by working out the sums in multiple sales. They are thinking if we sell a million CDs, multiply by 20 pence. That could make you rich. If they paid you more than that. You could run them out pocket. So they reduce the percentage. What happens when it is small figure sells. Say, 50,000 or 100,000 CDs. That's not too bad. Don't go below that, not too much. What if you are new to the music inductry. You have to promote yourself. It takes some time to start earning proper amount of money. Water being one of the most basic elemets for human use has been abused by tax calculaters, in the form of rates. Water twenty years ago used to be very cheap. For Council tenants , water charge was added to the rent. It was only £2.00 per week or fourtnight. When the Conservative Party took over. Two things went up like a short. Value added tax was then 8% it went up to 15% within a month of Tory government taking over power. The started to look for ways to raise money either to pay the government debts of some sort or to pay for public servises.
Water which was so cheaply available was drafted into a separate thing as a water bill divided in two payments every six months. I was shocked. I was even more shocked when I moved home to a nearby place, which is ten minutes walk from the old place. The water charges there at new address were double. I started to struggle paying the water bill. I enquire with the company who supply water, why the bill was so high for the place not far from the old one. I thought maybe it was because the new area had more people living there, and water was being used by more people. I don't use much water if so. Then I shouldn't be paying so much for the basic element for people. Question? Why is water bill so expensive within a short walking distance, form where it is cheaper, is it becaues it is a high residantial area, more water being used? Anwer: No, no. It is because the property is of higher rate. The water is charged according to the value of the property." I thought this is just like Council Tax. It is calculated and worked out according to the value of the property. There is thought. These two issues have been dibated and fought over in a cold war form. Only words, and a few scoufals here and there. Someone is asking for more of that if things don't charge.

In the meantime your new employer will prepare a P45. If it is not ready by the time you get your first wage. You will be taxed the double amount of normal basic Tax of either 10%, 20% or 40%
That applies to national Insurance. They will even tax your personal allowance.
When the P45 is ready. The over taxed amount will be re-embursed. You will get a tax rebate
For example if you got taxed double instead of 10% you will pay on £150 per week of 20% = £30.00 on P46
On P45 £150 you get taxed 10% = £15.00 You will get the £15
Always take from employer to new job with you a P45 In order to earn normal tax.
PEOPLE WHO ENTER THE COUNTRY - ILLEGAL WORKERS WITHOUT WORK PERMIT
Those people will pay a lot of tax on P46. The employer can not provide them with P45 unless they work legally.

It has come to light that in the world of financial investments. There is a problem of dishonest in dealing with people's invested finances.

In the report it says one City Council invested £100 million pounds in a company in Iceland. The person they handed the money to took it, in what seemed like good faith. Then he turned round, because he had an idea. He decided to count it and then pocketed the £50 million, the half of it. He then invested the other £50 million in the company, which only lasted two years and collapsed. Where is the profit in all this? Answer: Total loss. Whose money was it? Reply: Council Tax payers.

Then he later said, "He couldn't open an off shore account because he could not have taken all that money through the Airport. It could have been detected through luggage scanning." It ranges from the collected money, which is loaned out at 50% interest. You are promised to get a fortune after the loan has been paid up. "Do they get back the money invested in loans alone?" Reply: "No, half of it is pocketed before it goes into loaning out." How long will it take for the loan to be paid up? Reply: 3 to 5 years. "Do they get all the money promised back?" He says, he bought three properties in Nevada, Nebrska and New Foundland at a cheaper price and pocketed the rest of the money and invested some in the banks on these three places. Question: What did he do with all that money? How greedy can some people get. He went and banked it in the same Westminster Bank. Who would benefit from all this money? He lied saying it was his own money. He moved to a large International Coach Company in Market Harborough. Invested £200,000.00 saying it was his. They warned him, that they are not as profit making as he might think. He left all that money, part of it Council Tax money. They did not spend it. He can have it back! He is running to fetch it. He said he would pay him back £1,000.00 each month, he only paid three months instalments and abandoned it . It has been a year now. He hasn't paid a penny back since. Everytime he tries to contact him he is not available. He will see him in court!

Again the previous Prime Ministers and Some wealthy people, from Westminster Bank and even Broadcasters who earn a fourtune. They bank there. He has previously banked £3,000,000 million pockected from the BBC Television in various ways, and also talked some Celebrities to part with their money. All hell will break loose somewhere some place, be on guard! People, especially British people are in moaning at the moment. Some are that heart broken they can't even speak. Wait until they regain their composure. Attacks will continue on people in such top jobs. The public have lost confidence in them!
The Prime Minister won't stop the Television Licence fee, because he has other plans for the use of the money. The person he has employed to manage the Westminster Bank, knows nothing about the banking system. He says some of the money has been pocketed. He will probably do a runner and do a disappearing act, after all this scoundal. He has even packed his travel bag to go to no man's land. He thinks he will get away with it. He says, the Prime Minister will drive someone mad! The way he thinks. A good number of people will end up resigning. Some BBC workers who are top earners will leave their jobs, because of massive wage cuts. Luck of funds means someone is lacking in finding other viable less burdening ways to raise funds to use for services required. Collecting money out of people might seem like easy money, but it can back fire! Also we advise the media to be on the look out for possible attacks. Until they announce the funded projects and and the published Report to the massive public. We could have have some drastic measures happening.

When he went to Westminister working he would take some of that money and spend, spend and spend as if there were no tomorrow for someone to find out about it. Ask him where he has hidden the money. He says in a room he had used once and hid it in the wall cavity! He will either own up or skilled News Editor or news reporters with no hold ups will find him and ask him questions. No wonder Guy Faulkes wanted to blow up them houses.

The Lady Prime Minister then, who actually introduced the agency and threated the fathers to pay up! She says she took some of that money and put it in the Social Security Fund and pockedted some and that's it! Then others started to pocket it as well. Then later the Labour Party came to power. They carried on taking money from fathers. Seeing a lot of money coming. It seemed like easy money just being collected. Forgetting people work hard for money. After a Bank at Westminster was set up. The money instead of going to the treasury. It was banked at this hidden bank. Question: Where does the money go now, if women and children intended for are not getting it? A while later, the First Scotish Prime Minister is also exposed. He has hidden a fortune in some place, will soon find out as the trail of hidden fortune here and there starts to emerge. Somewhere there the £1,000,000 million will be taken away, he will give it back. But will not give back the rest. It might come as asurprise to some people about this flowing situation around the world. The UK has been badly brought down by its governments, both present and previous ones.

when she was allowed by the Prime Minister to use them" she says. She apparently looks after the Mps Expenses Finances, as The Deputy Leader of the Party. Her bag for them is packed with money. she has in the process pocketed $10 million pounds and deposited that at the Lativia bank, in her own account. How much is there? She is smiling mentioning the same figure. Question: How much is still there? Answer: £1.3 million pounds. The rest has been pocketed and lost in investments. It's all like monkey business. (4) He then goes to the Bank of England. That is where the Tax payers' money should be banked as they are government's customers. Always running to them to borrow money, sfter they pocketed it all. They don't even know how to leave a left overs. Right now There is a Government deficit of £178 Billion pounds. He has money hidden somewhere to cover that with even left overs. Do not let him go and remove it, as he has already started to remove some. The Bank of England gets a knock on their door. "Yes, can we help you, then Chancellor of the Exchequer? Answer: Yes, he wanted to borrow, how much? £10 Billion pounds. The Governor of the Bank of England told him to beat it! He didn't shift, instead he started to haggle, reduced the amount down until he got the amount he wanted. How much did he walk away with? Response: Another £3 Billion pounds. He was by the Governor that he wanted that money paid back sooner than expected or else! He has retorted, "Or else what, he pockets the money himself!" The Governor gets angry with him! We are apparently talking about very little money which is easily paid back. He didn't have the money in pocket. He thought the Governor had pocketed some money! He is smiling!

We have been told to put the fresh trail of money pocketing and offshore accounts deposits, upfront here. It is the seriousness of it and the amount involved! The trail is picked up from the Private Westminster Bank. It emerged later that there are two bank managers there. One looks after the home affairs banking. The other looks after the offshore account affairs. It is the latter one who brings home some disturbing money matters. Now that the former Chancellor of the Exchequer has become Prime Minister, and attained more authority to deal with the country's matters. Even make decisions over money.
(1) Him and his governing team including adivisors, and another cashed in person, one already mentioned. They refuse to cancel Council tax. At one point the Prime Minister commented "that is where the money is!" it is easily and forcebly collected out of the public. It is understood. it is against the law in the UK. We don't know about anywhere else. To force people to pay money, which they don't have, to the point of causing them, distress, and creating ill health! You daren't owe the banks small amounts of money, they will want their money back or you get very frequent threatening letters, with court action! Some Countries are now starting to take their government to court, if they are being treated wrongly or badly about something. The UK government will probably end up being taken to court, over Council Tax. The people have a weapon now. They will not stand putting their money into money pocketers! While themselves and their children go hungry! Some people who already know what is going on in some parts of the country have stopped paying Council tax! Even the baielifs have have stopped collecting this sort of expensive tax.
NB: You do not take too much money out of people's pockets. They have a long life to live some of them. They shouldn't be made to develop ill health, over money which comes and goes! They need to eat properly in order to keep well. Or else you will end up paying for their keeping when they are too ill to work. A lot of people have to go on early retirement because of stress from work! They work hard and then some scrupulous person comes along and takes most of their money! He will not get away with that! Someone from somewhere will come to their rescue! Rescue is here! Whether you like it or not! They are going to fight for every penny to keep more money in their pockets! Shutting down schools. The school children are country's future economy! If you walk into one of the offices or call centres. These places are full of young people working, turning up for work daily. Hard working. What happens? Some are on very low wages. As soon as they start earning more than £120.00 pounds a week. They pay full council tax of £50.00 or £60.00 or £70.00 a month. They have rent to pay, and expensive utility bills, called gas, electricity, water extra.
(2) What does the government do? Opens an offshore account at a bank in Lativia, by the Prime Minister. At one point dressed in disguise, like Inspector Cruesoue! goes to deposit large amounts of money into the bank, and bowing like a gentleman to a passer by, slightly lifting his dark brown hat, with a false mustache. The bank staff laughing as he walks out, he though he couldn't be recognised, with CCTV Cameras, Back at the hotel. He takes his cream coat and hat and placing them to oneside. The receptionist thought that strange. When he left the hotel he did not have all this gear with him. He asks the receptionist to get rid of the coat and hat. She refuses. He picks it all up and walks outside and looks for the street litter bin. He finds one and throws the unwanted coat and hat. Looking around, sorry, " he did not do that," he says! Smilimg! That is one drama needed to be shown, what the country is dealing with, for those who have trust in the Prime Minister as their Party Leader! The picture is being painted, you can either choose to go with that criminal act leader or choose someone else!
(2) Where did the Prime Minister get £150 Billion pounds to deposit in a bank in Lativia? Let's see where the trail leads. For the first time his voice has gone, it has turned into a whisper, he can barely speak, and tears are rolling down his cheeks like a fast flowing stream of water. He is crying like a big baby. In reality he is not crying! He will probably need to shed a few tears for the UK. He laughs, and walks off! He deposited the amount from time to time at a bank in Lativia, where most wealthy well known people or some wealthy business people bank. The Lativia bank has other plans. Since they are partners with the bank in New Foundland, which has now run out of money. Some wealthy people who deposited money in their accounts there, withdrew their money out of the accounts, that is those who have been following up, what has been happening. Most British people have not been told by the large television companies who have large viewing number of people. Also a large number of Radio listeners. People have no idea what has happened to their money! The bank in Lativia intends to shift or transfer the money from accounts, which have large amounts of money to New Foundland bank. Where the money won't last long. It will be pocketed and lost in invsetments!
(4) What did the Prime Minister do after he listened in or overheard the money shifting message? He took out £140 Billion pounds from Lativia bank and left £10 Billion pounds to go astray! He now gets angry! He thought nobody would konw about his activities. Where did he hide the money? Answer: He tried to deposit it into the Swiss bank. They refused. They normally don't ask questions. After being repamanded things are different! One would have thought the Prime Minister would take responsibility to handle that money with care. No, the government spin doctor, is sent to handle the money in the form of a government financial advisor, Alistair Campbell. Question: Where is the money? He says, "It is at a house in Switzland." Someone has just hauled the lot out of the basement. And says, "There you are that's the lot!" There are two of them. The other man is the Chief to the Treasury. The people want that money back in their country, where it belongs to them! to be used on servises they need and run businesses to creat jobs they need!
(6) What happened to the other £150 Billion pounds? Answer: It was deposited at the Bunds bank in German, under a created government account. The Prime Minister deposited the money. He says, "He did not." Alistair Campbell did." He responds, "he sent me." The Prime Minister hits back, "he shows interest in government matters! He went to him and begged him to employ him!" He gets angry as he retorts," The Prime Minister asked him if he wanted a job? He asked, "what sort of a job?" Reply: "Banking money for us!" He jumped at the offer, sorry, he says he didn't jump at the offer! He was forced!"
(5) They blame each other for all the time wasting in the world! We have matters to solve here! It is understood, papers were signed by the Prime Minister, for him to go and see if the money could be shifted out of the German bank. He did go at the Prime Minister's Authority, but was not advised by him to go and shift the money! He went into his office and asked him if they could shift the money from the German bank. Answer: There is a visit from, (pointing to the sky) we have to move fast and remove the money or it will be pocketed!" The Prime Minister being quite aware of what was going on. He pulled his muscles and took up responsibility to handle the country's large amount of £150 Billion pounds. some people have collapsed or fainted or lost their voices, when there is so much money, and yet their children can not go to school or refusing to pay for more places at Universities. A good generous Prime Minister would say proudly with the £150 Billion pounds at hand. Throw all of them into university and keep all schools open. Fill up all places and build more new ones! Including the school academies! Since the population keeps rising. These will keep the economy booming in one of the world's fouth (4th) economy. Amongst the G7. He gets in the Van with a couple of assistants, like a camp Van, being cold weather, they all wearing hats. They drove off to Folkstone! Get on a boat or ferry. They dock off later and head for Germany! He first talks to someone on the train, leaving for France! Who is it? Answer: The Prime Minister, heading for a short break. The money shifter goes back to the Van and tells others. He says, "We should put all the money in the Van and go to Switzland and put it together with the rest of it there and don't say a word to anybody, including Tony Blair! Instead of creating your own country's products. You let someone else do the jobs while your country starves. Some people will need their heads examining! All the money now keeps going to Chinese, Japanese, USA and Europe, German made, products racking in more money by benefiting from where the money is coming from. People look sick and miserable! The money goes to work, in case you didn't fully realise that. Question: How much money is left in the German bank? It was there a few months ago. £150 Billion pounds! Answer: It is gone! The celebrities owed money, like Elton John £2 million pounds, £2,000 pounds paid to the Swiss bank, for keeping the money £140 Billion pounds, while they found somewhere to hide it. It took two weeks. When people have money at their disposal. Someone can easily make a fourtune over night for small amount of work done! Be careful though. You can end up in prison with them, for handling stolen goods, or being an accomplice to some not appropriet action!

The Church of England fell for the same situation. The same visitor, at the Archbishop of Canterbury's authorisation. His Chief of Staff parted with £1.5 Million pounds. He refused to give him more. They want their money back!
Later the same representative went to the Prime Minister's office and suggested that they should also approach the Archbishop of York for money! He gets angry, and shouts at the Premier and calls him a liar! It was him who told him, "To go and see the other one as well see how much money he has got. Push him hard. They are always asking us for money when they already have." Those were his very words! York parted with £1.5 Million pounds! Two years is up. They want their money back! It was mentioned earlier that. The bank at Stock Market in London and the Private Westminster banks are like sisters. Money can be transferred from Westminster to the Stockmarket one. Hence the two types of keys kept by the Prime Minister. The other $3000,000 million dollars, was deposited into the Stock Market bank. The remaining $3,000,000 dollars, he deposited that at a bank Lloyds in London. Is the money safe? No. At stock Market bank only half a million dollars left! And Westminster? still there for now. At Lloyds? No. all gone. Pocketed and lost in investments. The President according to revelations, he bought two houses in London, which he rents worth £250,000 pounds, total spent £5000,000 pounds. They won't stop will they? There is no discpline here and no lessons learned from others.

UPDATE ON UK HIDDEN BILLIONS
It might come as a surprise to some people about this following the situation around the world. The UK has been badly brought down by its governments, both present and previous ones.
It has already been noted if you have read the information very carefully, not just scrolling your way around. Read this with attention!
There has been large amounts of money pocketed from the Private Westminster Bank. The trail of theft points in a few directions and then starts to mount up. It starts with the Prime Minister himself.
* There has been £13 Billion pounds pocketed. He says he did not pocket it. Why did he deposit the money in his own accounts and also hid it at Warwickshire castle. He does not seem to know what money pocketing means, maybe someone should educate him about it. To avoid him displaying self denying or arrogant ignorance. He will probably then stop stealing it, in other words!
Where is the money? Here it is. It's a trail. There is even an eye witness or in a true form an accomplice to the money pocketing game. She says we can mention her name. Jo Cutts, A Nottingham County Council Leader. She faced massive protests a few months ago. We shall see what part she plays in this. She says, "The Prime Minister approached her when they were at a meeting and said, "Would you be interested in doing something for me in return for quite a hefty some of money?" She apparently looks after the Mps Expenses Finances, as The Deputy Leader of the Party. Her money bag for them MPs is packed with money. she has in the process of looking after teh money, pocketed £10 million pounds and deposited that at the Lativia bank, in her own account. How much is there? She is smiling mentioning the same figure. Question: How much is still there? Answer: £1.3 million pounds. The rest has been pocketed and lost in investments. It's all like monkey business. She knows how to talk her way around finances when things have gone wrong. Let us see how she talks her way out of this. Now we know where some of the money comes from. (3) He then goes for BBC Television Lincence Fee Money. He further takes £3 Billion pounds, as then Chancellor of the Exchequer. He said, he would spend it on public services. He says that without a care. He pocketed the money! He deposited the money at a bank in Liverpool in his own bank account. He had wanted to open an account there where wealthy people from the world of show business bank their money and also successful business people. We won't mention their names. He enticed some of them to open the accounts at the Private WestMinster Bank. Some fell for the trick, some refused.
(4) He then goes to the Bank of England. That is where the Tax payers' money should be banked as they are the government bank's customers! Always running to them to borrow money, after they have pocketed it all. They don't even know how to leave some left overs. Right now There is a Government deficit of £178 Billion pounds. He has money hidden somewhere to cover that with even some left overs. Do not let him go and remove it, as he has already started to remove some. The Bank of England gets a knock on their door. "Yes, can we help you?" then Chancellor of the Exchequer? Answer: Yes, he wanted to borrow, how much? £10 Billion pounds. The Governor of the Bank of England told him to beat it! He didn't shift, instead he started to haggle, reduced the amount down, until he got the amount he wanted. How much did he walk away with? Response: Another £3 Billion pounds. He was told by the Governor that he wanted that money paid back sooner than expected or else! He has retorted, "Or else what, he pockets the money himself!" The Governor gets angry with him! We are apparently talking about very little money which can easily be paid back. He didn't have the money in his pocket. He thought the Governor had pocketed some money! He is smiling!
What does he do with all that money? Reply: He pockets it and says, they are not having all that! Where does he hide it? He goes all the way to Scotland, Aberdeen. He deposits £1.5 million pounds at a bank there where he has an account. No questions asked. Then he goes further up north to Inverness, He deposits it. No, he says no. What does he do with the money which the whole town could smell like a rat? He goes in the hills where there is a disused cave. He new the area well. He probably came from that area. The people from there are agreeing, yes and pointing to the places he might have visited. He first decides to deposit £1,000,000 million pounds at a bank there, in the false or different name of one of the relatives. His late uncle.
He then deposits, sorry, he hides the remaining £500,000 pounds in a cave! Is it still there? No, he took the money out a few months ago! Where did he put it? He hid half of it £250,000 pounds in the grounds of one of the lands he owns in Aberdeen. He will go and fetch it if you let him carry on as if nothing has happened. He then went and deposited the remaining £250,000 pounds at a bank in Edinburgh, in his own account!
(5) Where does he go from here? Answer: As Chancellor of the Exchequer he goes to the Stock Exchange Bank. He picks up a few know hows from there. He borrows £4 billion pounds. He walks away with a smile on his face and shakes hands with the then male Boss there. Where will he take the money? Will he look after the poor in some run down community? Or look after the elderly and keep their nursing homes open? Or cancel the Council Tax, to allow poor parents to look after their children, give them proper meals? No. The City Council in Nottingham have been lobbying people in the city to sponsor children, whose parents can not afford to pay for their school meals. Instead of the Council letting children go without breakfast or dinner, while at school. They have allowed them to have the school meals, on condition that their parents will get the school dinner bill. If they don't they will face court action for the council to get their money back. This news bulletin has been published in local newspapers or the local Television regional news. The money bag, as he was called did not even think of any of that! The money has gone out the country or pocketed! They are allowing schools to shut down. Two schools in Loughbrough, to shut down with 1,000 vacancies lost! The Three large Counties: Liecestershire, Nottinghamshire, and Derbyshire are run by the Conservative Party. Most places where schools are being shut are run by them. They want to cut City Council jobs total 470, 450, and 350 respectively, because according to their leaders. They have £80 million pounds deficit! In order to balance the books. Even a multi-millionaire can pay that. It is nothing compared to a muilt-billion tax collection from the public.

THE BILLIONS DEPOSITED IN OFFSHORE ACCOUNTS A GLOBAL HABBIT!
We have been told to put the fresh trail of money pocketing and offshore accounts deposits, upfront here. It is the seriousness of it and the amount involved!
The trail is picked up from the Private Westminster Bank. It emerged later that there are two bank managers there. One looks after the home affairs banking. The other looks after the offshore account affairs. It is the latter one who brings home some disturbing money matters. Now that the former Chancellor of the Exchequer has become Prime Minister, and attained more authority to deal with the country's matters. Even make decisions over money.
(1) Him and his governing team including adivisors, and another cashed in person, one already mentioned. They refuse to cancel Council tax. At one point the Prime Minister commented "that is where the money is!" it is easily and forcebly collected out of the public. It is understood. it is against the law in the UK. We don't know about anywhere else. To force people to pay money, which they don't have, to the point of causing them, distress, and creating ill health! You daren't owe the banks small amounts of money, they will want their money back or you get very frequent threatening letters, with court action! Some Countries are now starting to take their government to court, if they are being treated wrongly or badly about something. The UK government will probably end up being taken to court, over Council Tax. The people have a weapon now. They will not stand putting their money into money pocketers! While themselves and their children go hungry! Some people who already know what is going on in some parts of the country have stopped paying Council tax! Even the baielifs have have stopped collecting this sort of expensive tax.
NB: You do not take too much money out of people's pockets. They have a long life to live some of them. They shouldn't be made to develop ill health, over money which comes and goes! They need to eat properly in order to keep well. Or else you will end up paying for their keeping when they are too ill to work. A lot of people have to go on early retirement because of stress from work! They work hard and then some scrupulous person comes along and takes most of their money! He will not get away with that! Someone from somewhere will come to their rescue! Rescue is here! Whether you like it or not! They are going to fight for every penny to keep more money in their pockets! Shutting down schools. The school children are country's future economy! If you walk into one of the offices or call centres. These places are full of young people working, turning up for work daily. Hard working. What happens? Some are on very low wages. As soon as they start earning more than £120.00 pounds a week. They pay full council tax of £50.00 or £60.00 or £70.00 a month. They have rent to pay, and expensive utility bills, called gas, electricity, water extra.
(2) What does the government do? Opens an offshore account at a bank in Lativia, by the Prime Minister. At one point dressed in disguise, like Inspector Cruesoue! goes to deposit large amounts of money into the bank, and bowing like a gentleman to a passer by, slightly lifting his dark brown hat, with a false mustache. The bank staff laughing as he walks out, he though he couldn't be recognised, with CCTV Cameras, Back at the hotel. He takes his cream coat and hat and placing them to oneside. The receptionist thought that strange. When he left the hotel he did not have all this gear with him. He asks the receptionist to get rid of the coat and hat. She refuses. He picks it all up and walks outside and looks for the street litter bin. He finds one and throws the unwanted coat and hat. Looking around, sorry, " he did not do that," he says! Smilimg! That is one drama needed to be shown, what the country is dealing with, for those who have trust in the Prime Minister as their Party Leader! The picture is being painted, you can either choose to go with that criminal act leader or choose someone else!
(2) Where did the Prime Minister get £150 Billion pounds to deposit in a bank in Lativia? Let's see where the trail leads. Most British people have not been told by the large television companies who have large viewing number of people. Also a large number of Radio listeners. People have no idea what has happened to their money! The bank in Lativia intends to shift or transfer the money from accounts, which have large amounts of money to New Foundland bank. Where the money won't last long. It will be pocketed and lost in invsetments!
(4) What did the Prime Minister do after he listened in or overheard the money shifting message? He took out £140 Billion pounds from Lativia bank and left £10 Billion pounds to go astray! He now gets angry! He thought nobody would konw about his activities. Where did he hide the money? Answer: He tried to deposit it into the Swiss bank. They refused. They normally don't ask questions. After being repamanded things are different! One would have thought the Prime Minister would take responsibility to handle that money with care. No, the government spin doctor, is sent to handle the money in the form of a government financial advisor, Alistair Campbell. Question: Where is the money? He says, "It is at a house in Switzland." Someone has just hauled the lot out of the basement. And says, "There you are that's the lot!" There are two of them. The other man is the Chief to the Treasury. The other two men standing by a van used, with gear like plumbers, waiting outside. The money is put in the van and they drive off! Probably, just like in a movie. The only thing missing here was the police chase, with wailing sirens! The people want that money back in their country, where it belongs to them! to be used on servises they need and run businesses to creat jobs they need!
(6) What happened to the other £150 Billion pounds? Answer: It was deposited at the Bunds bank in German, under a created government account. The Prime Minister deposited the money. He says, "He did not." Alistair Campbell did." He responds, "he sent me." The Prime Minister hits back, "he shows interest in government matters! He went to him and begged him to employ him!" He gets angry as he retorts," The Prime Minister asked him if he wanted a job? He asked, "what sort of a job?" Reply: "Banking money for us!" He jumped at the offer, sorry, he says he didn't jump at the offer! He was forced!"
(5) They blame each other for all the time wasting in the world! We have matters to solve here! It is understood, papers were signed by the Prime Minister, for him to go and see if the money could be shifted out of the German bank. He did go at the Prime Minister's Authority, but was not advised by him to go and shift the money! He went into his office and asked him if they could shift the money from the German bank. The Premier asked him "Why?" Answer: "He said he had overheard something!" The Prime Minister straightening up sitting behind his desk asked? "What things?" Answer: There is a visit from, (pointing to the sky) we have to move fast and remove the money or it will be pocketed!" The Prime Minister being quite aware of what was going on. He signs the papers and says I want receipts and don't pocket it yourself!" He is smiling! It's not funny! He walks out of the office wearing casual gear like a plumber, with a wollen hat! almost excited. He pulled his muscles and took up responsibility to handle the country's large amount of £150 Billion pounds. some people have collapsed or fainted or lost their voices, when there is so much money, and yet their children can not go to school or refusing to pay for more places at Universities. A good generous Prime Minister would say proudly with the £150 Billion pounds at hand. Throw all of them into university and keep all schools open. Fill up all places and build more new ones! Including the school academies! Since the population keeps rising. These will keep the economy booming in one of the world's fouth (4th) economy. Amongst the G7. He gets in the Van with a couple of assistants, like a camp Van, being cold weather, they all wearing hats. They drove off to Folkstone! Get on a boat or ferry. Instead of creating your own country's products. You let someone else do the jobs while your country starves. Some people will need their heads examining! All the money now keeps going to Chinese, Japanese, USA and Europe, German made, products racking in more money by benefiting from where the money is coming from. People look sick and miserable! The money goes to work, in case you didn't fully realise that. Question: How much money is left in the German bank? It was there a few months ago. £150 Billion pounds! Answer: It is gone! That's not enough! They go after other people's hard earned money! If the public react in a big way. You have brought this upon yourselves! There is still plenty left. The Prince of Wales £3 Billion pounds owed, The rest is owed money being paid back, such as the Duke of Devonshire £2 Billion pounds. The celebrities owed money, like Elton John £2 million pounds, £2,000 pounds paid to the Swiss bank, for keeping the money £140 Billion pounds, while they found somewhere to hide it. It took two weeks. When people have money at their disposal. Someone can easily make a fourtune over night for small amount of work done! Be careful though. You can end up in prison with them, for handling stolen goods, or being an accomplice to some not appropriet action!
(6) Who else? Alistair Campbell got £2,000,000 million pounds! They make a four million bank robbery look like a joke! You can not drive over that many countries to do a money job for nothing. Answer: For the Churches, because the Prime Minister mentioned that, some Churches keep asking him for money, because the government sends the refugees or illegal imigrants to them for help with food and other simple belongings. The Vatican parted with the money and were promised to pay it back within two years. Two years has gone by. They want their money back now!
The Church of England fell for the same situation. The same visitor, at the Archbishop of Canterbury's authorisation. His Chief of Staff parted with £1.5 Million pounds. He refused to give him more. They want their money back!
Later the same representative went to the Prime Minister's office and suggested that they should also approach the Archbishop of York for money! He gets angry, and shouts at the Premier and calls him a liar! It was him who told him, "To go and see the other one as well see how much money he has got. Push him hard. They are always asking us for money when they already have." Those were his very words! York parted with £1.5 Million pounds! Two years is up. They want their money back! Their response: No money, even our people need money. There ain't any to give them. What about this £3000 Billion pounds that went away now it should come back and solve all these financial mishaps! The Polish President wants the money back! The same two years applies is over due! When you have money pay back anybody you owe to keep a peace of mind!

Can we at least come to some arrangement? Reply: The only way to get that money back is to get a Court Order. From Were the UK? Answer: "No, no. (1) One counrty is mightly involved. The Zambian President pockets £30 Billion in Zambian currency, which is $12,000,000 miilion dollars. He had been only four months ago stopped from pocketing money. He had sent a representative from his country to go and deposit $3,000,000 dollars. in a Swiss Bank account. Withion four months of taking office from previous one who resigned. He said, "He will stop. The temptation stepped in! He is off again! He had $6,000,000 dollars deposited in the Private Westminster Bank.
It was mentioned earlier that. The bank at Stock Market in London and the Private Westminster banks are like sisters. Money can be transferred from Westminster to the Stockmarket one. Hence the two types of keys kept by the Prime Minister. The other $3000,000 million dollars, was deposited into the Stock Market bank. The remaining $3,000,000 dollars, he deposited that at a bank Lloyds in London. Is the money safe? No. At stock Market bank only half a million dollars left! And Westminster? still there for now. At Lloyds? No. all gone. Pocketed and lost in investments. The President according to revelations, he bought two houses in London, which he rents worth £250,000 pounds, total spent £5000,000 pounds. They won't stop will they? There is no discpline here and no lessons learned from others.
Do they stop here the Inspector Cruosoul like and his side kick! No. They want to haul large amounts of money from Private Westminster bank. £5 Billion pounds. The representative, in spite of all the fall out they become friends again. He is sent to deposit the money in a Winperg bank, Canada. They refuse to take the money. They don't want to handle stolen goods, especially if anything fell off the back of the lorry, or the Van! You can try Vacounvor. He goes there. They refuse. After what is going on. No thank. Try USA. He goes to Nebraska. They refuse. No thank, we have had enough! Take the money elsewhere. Gets on the phone. Reporting: None of the banks will have the money! Bring it back home, gets the instruction. He hauls the lot! and somewho gets back to England. Now what do we do? we will take it to Kent, under the Kent City Council. It finds a home there. How long will it last? That remains to be seen. They stress you out! And run you out of pocket!

UPDATE PROJECTS GLOBAL PERFORMANCE
As mentioned above the war of top 10 list is on. We see some of them being relegated below ten, like a football league. The USA has hit back. The Miami branch manager is very driven. I think someone in US of A whose branch office is not doing well should contact him and say, "between you and me, what is the secret of your success?"
I think we shall create a leader board, like we are playing golf. Lybia is still in the lead. We are looking at each country with a branc ofice that has most projects being set up. Miami uplifted USA to third place after Parkistani. It looks now like the KGB The Russians are after taking over the Americans.
Update Leader board: The Romans are coming back, to do the Italian job. They have hit back. We don't know how long the Roman Empire will last in the top ten list. They will have to drive fast and do a lot of overtaking. New Zealand, South Africa and Jamaica are the new come back kids. Hawaii Five-O has just hit back. They have put the South Pacific Islanders on top of the world. Italy, Afgahnistan, Holland and Jamaica have been relegated. They might be promoted later. Good performancy though to all of them.
* More update. The South Americans have struck back, by going local down Acapuko. They created nothing but magic. They put Mexico on the leader board. City of Granoble put France on the top spot. USA fought to stay on the leader board with the help of New York city. The Africans are starting to upset things. Zaire, stormed into the competition, but did not last long. The Germans came crashing in, but were soon placed into the relegation zone.They will no doubt be fighing for a place higher than expected.
* More update: The leader board has made a u-turn and caused a lot of upsets. The unexpected happened. Many countries joined in the battle for the top spot. USA and the kremlin (Russia) just hang in there by the thread. The Roman Empire came in mightly and took a few minutes before they went out to join below the line. Switzland crushed in the top. They could have easily overtaken Lybia.But the Springbok (South Africa) and Malaysia stopped them short of a few laps. Jamaica and Holland fought back to get back to the leader board. The (Ashes) Australians battled in to the top spot. Sharing place with eight other countries. The Canadians don't like being left out in all sorts of competitions. While the (UK) joined the red zone. The Canadians crashed onto the leader board. The Cubans held their cigars proudly, and mounted to the leader board. The bull fighters (spain) joined them, and the Mexicans still remained local in Acupuco and stayed on top of the list. The relegation zone is jammed. The traffic is that long. We shall have to wait and see, next time who will unjam their way to the top.
UPDATE: There has been a lot more upset on the leader board, than previously anticipated. All the top seeds have been kicked out and gone into the relegation zone. The Emperor ceacers have gone well below. They lost the battle, joined by the bull fighters, and by the KGB (Russia). The British Empire fought their way back up the leader board, after they were relegated. They are hanging on the leader board by the thread. Helped by Plymouth to thread the needle. The land of the cowboys fought their way back in the saloons. They won, and have done better, by climbing to the top of the leader board in third place. Helped to win the battle of the giants by Miami,(US of A). There has been new entries, of well over fourty countries. There is the Mathebeli land, near South Africa and Equitorial Guinea, near African Equator. We shall see next time how the battle rages to see who snatches the top spot from Lybia. Will it be South Africa or Malaysia, or the Swiss Mountains? (Switzland). We can only leave a question mark!

Someone came forward and wanted to stage running activities. There she is we can not mention names. The Marathon runner Champion, from Nottingham. She will join forces with the swimming olympic gold medalist, from Mansfield. They have both been very keen to raise funds for the Charitable Organisation. We suggest the people registering can run either three miles or five miles. To run from West Bridgford shopping centre to The Old Market square. That should be five miles altogether. I think. Correct me if I'm wrong. We shall announce the details to Register for tickets, as individuals or in groups. For three miles is £5.00 and for 5 miles is £9.00 Come and keep fit. * IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
Here is a warning to mountain climbing enthusiasts. Please note we do not want to spoil your life time ambition to climb the hightest mountain or whatever hieght the mount may be. Here is a stern word of warning and advise. If someone is going to climb a mountain to get to the top or to the highset level, please do not. The highest one can climb to or up to one thousad feet or one thousand metres, and below that. There is a danger of death and bad injuries. There is a serious problem with the altitude. One will sufer serious luck of oxygen, the higher they climb. There is a bad contribution to humid, because of globe warming. For countries with high mountains where people want to climb for fun or life time achievement, like Himalayas and mount Everest. There should be a boundary marked up to a thousand feet. Anyone trying to climb any further than that, will be trespassing. It is for their own good. It should be the country's responsibility to make sure people go there to die in a competitive situation, which can be avoided. Once a mountaineer starts to sufer from high altitude problem or getting bad injury, they should not carry on with their mountain climbing challenge. That's it. The trainers or consultant or doctors should take care to stop people to carry doing something that is dangerious. This should have gone in published report. It is better to bring the warning upfront and warn people about it, before more tragedies happen. Families suffer. It would also be advisable for mountain climbers, even mount Kilimanjaro in Kenya, Africa, to take out insurance. Most climbers are not insured, especially if someone is going on a challenging expedition. Insurance cover would be convenient to take out.

* WARNING TO PASSENGER TRAVEL AVIATION
Europlanes carrying passanger on long hauls, especially across heavy high seas flight crossing, even over land. It is very difficult to predict situations before hand, because you do not know when it is going to happen, but one can put out advise in advance. For operators of passenger planes should equip europlanes with in plane training and describing to passangers what to do in case of an emergency. Each or if not most airlines should have a small parachute for each passenger to evacuate the, by sliding down the emergency shoots, and then fly down and they should be told or shown to open up a parashute in advance. Those who can not manage on their own should hold hands with someone, and fly down together and tell one, when to open up the parashute. Simple parachutes where one can either press a button or rip open a slip up on the parashute. Some people might find it difficult or complecated to operate or to do such action, but it will save more lives as the plane out of control crashes or something. If the pilots can the plane by parashute, passengers should also do the same. This sort of idea when it came up in the army, a lot of combat pilots have been saved. This warning also should be in the report. To avoid being responsible for too many people's lives travelling being at risk. The airlines should take this advisable or warning precaution. A parashute for each passanger please.
**NB: This includes all form of flying methods it could also be helicopters.
**NB: Also when air crafts are flying over a long stretch of land. Passagers should be equipped with Life Jackets, so that a search team can spot people who might be in a difficulty situation to be found.

** NEW ENTRY: COUNCIL TAX DIVERSION
I shall give a short background to how taxes are raised and worked out.
When I was a student I used to hear people complaining about government policies and taxes. I used to think there was only one form of tax. The one you pay tax when you start working. You are taxed on your pay wage. I was studying Textile Technology at a Polytechnic. It used to be a University Technical College. After I graduated from there. I started to work in the Textile Industry as a Textile Technician. Being new to the work situation. I kept hearing so much about tax paying hear and there. I asked my manager, who was to pay tax on my wages. He said, almost scarsitcally, "Yourself!" That was a work up call. The wages were that low, most people earned £100.00 per week. I started with £79.00 per week. I was safe financially now that I was working. The Labour Government was ruling then.
Almost a year later the Conservative Party took power. It did not take long before they started political games with people. We were paying the rent all right. A small increase every financial year. A new Tory Envromental Secretary took over. Question: "What did he do?" He started to increase rent on council accommodation in February each year. Then there was usual increase in April. He was asked in a Television Interview. Why he was causing grieviounce to poor people, by making them pay more rent. He arrogantly and without care dismissed that question and said, "There are a lot of wealthy people about." We were talking about poor people. Anyway people started to abandon their council homes and moved in with friends or relatives,and put their belongings in their sheds or garages. The government saw no rent coming in and reality hit home.What happens when people become destitute. They stopped that policy and paid the rent themselves when people became unemployed. It was not too long after that. Thinking all problems were now solved.
A year later. The Tory Party plunged the country into deep recessesion, concerning one area of work. The Textile Industry flourished with orders coming in from Max and Spencer shop. All of a sudden the Japanese became clever. They worked out their economy by mass producing products of all sorts. They had a good advisor. Tne UK Textile Industry was west hit with recessesion. Factories shut down. As the Japanese flooded the UK with cheap textile clothing. The British people who could not afford expensive jumpers went for the Japanese cheaply sold ones.
NB:TWO THINGS HAPPENED HERE:
The first one was how taxes can be created. The then Enviromental Secretary has just been asked a question, why he put the rent up in February each year? Answer: "It was to raise tax to pay for certain services." Did people know about the tax burden that was put upon them and humiliated them into abandoning their comfortable homes and into over crowded homes with other people? No, they didn't know. Taxes are secretely worked out they only surface when people start paying for them. No consoltation, that would be telling.
The second thing that came about was, during a recessesion an awlful lot of people lost their jobs. Who do they turn to for help? They have to sign on what is called the "dole" a proper name is Social Security. Did the Government have enough money to pay people lossing their jobs from the collapsed textile industry? Which has never recovered since. No, they had to look for ways to raise money. It was on the news years later near a general election, which contributed to the Tory Party losing Power. How money was raised to pay people who went on the dole. It was revealed that the then Tory Chancellor of the Exchequer, had gone into the National Insurance Contribution Fund and taken all the money out and paid for people on Social Security. The people who had worked for 20, 30 years or more and paid a lot of National Insurance Contribution were supposed to draw larger amounts of money for as long as they remained unemployed until they found a job. They were instead told that, they would draw so much money of what they expected for six months only. After that they would be paid the same small amount like everybody else. People were so angry they banked that trick to use it against the Governmet, some day!
The Textile Industry recessesion went. Two years later in the second term of the Tory Party. They caused another recessesion. The whole country of the UK was hit had. We are talking about England Wales and Scotland. Every area of jobs you coud think of. People who lost jobs in the past recessesion had retrained for other careers. I had retrained as a Secretary, banks were were hit. There used to be high street banks branches on almost every main shopping street. They all started to dissappear one by one. The banks survived by turning into groups. A few remaining branches were grouped with the main branch. People lost businesses.
What with the loss of so much money especially from the banks, who could not help. The Chancellor was constantly being nagged by the Councils, about short of money for their budget. They were running out of it quickly. They needed more money.
The Government conferred and came up with a clever way to raise money for the City Councils. They introduced What was then called "Poll Tax" worked out according to the value of properties, of home or business. People were so angry, they refused to pay. Riots broke out as the Government refused to give in. Those who refused to pay were threatened to be taken to court, pay a fine or be imprisoned. One Judge in court had a custard pie thrown in his face by a group of young people who stood in the dock near by, as he called them he asked. Question: Why couldn't they pay poll tax? Response: A custard pie went flying and landed in his face. He was so angry he sentenced them to two months imprisonment straight away. They thought it was funny, but he wasn't amused.
This Poll Tax was later changed to Council Tax. That is where we are now still struggling with it. It hasn't gone away yet. Not completely. It became a Government easy way of raising money. Collecting money out of people even the poor of the poorest. Threatening them, even as now, with court action if they do not pay or throwing the Bailifs on them to cease their household goods and auction them and get the money they owe. People have been humiliated yet again, they have gone hungry without food and have had difficult buying their children school uniform.
It has given an idea to some Council workers and Government officials to raise income to fund their life styles. Theft has set in on a large scale, some of it went unnoticed. The greed and desparation to pay for Government services of all sorts started to surface. The idea came about to start diverting Council Tax to pay for other things. People thought Council Tax is paid for services in their own areas. The Financial Budget being controlled by the County Council, dishing money out to City Councils, to pay for city services. There is a difference between the two. Counties are run by the County Councils and City Councils run servises to look after people in their City Council Boroughs.
The Council Tax lent a hand when the UK became Eauropean Union Member State. Three things has happened since then:
(1) The UK was asked to pay membership fee? How much per year? Three Billion Pounds. Question: "Where did the money come from to pay that amount?" Response: "One Billion of that came from Council Tax"
(2) The agriculture policy was in trouble. The farming land was sold. Where did the money go? Half of it went to pay for EU membership fee.They still use Council tax to pay each year for EU membership.
(3)When they borrow money from the Bank of England or have other debts. How do they manage to pay off the debt sometimes quickly enough, and go back and borrow again. They use Council Tax to pay for Government debts.
(4) The Council workers apart from pocketing money,they buy property and second homes or even holiday homes. Some of them are up to all sorts of things, which can not be mentioned here, using Council Tax.
(5) The Council Workers decision makers have come up with an idea to set up their own pension fund. Taking £1.00 of Council Tax. There you have it. The selfisness of it all. They will provide or look after themselves, and place Financial burden upon financial burdens on other people some of them are that sick, they can even collapse and die if this went on. Taking too much money out of people.
NB: Take heart though, there is a breather here. There was a report in one of the Nottingham Local free Newspaper. The County Council will be reviewing their 2010/211 Budget, they want a survey carried out for people to fill in a form to express any views they might have concerning the finances and the budget. They said, "They are commited to freeze Council Tax for two years, starting from next year. That is the Government Manifesto, if anybody knows what that means, let some else who doesn't, know. Letters will be sent to people in the near future. Instead of Council Tax bill being sent, it will be letters about freezing the Council Tax for so long. Once it has been frozen. We don't want it de-frosted to start using it again, we want it cancelled. Full stop!
