Out Door Food Service

This page allows us to describe and give prices for the services we provide.

OUTDOOR AND INDOOR HALL FOOD SERVICE

Opportunity has knocked to expand into serving  food in door hall or mall and  open market
stalls.  Hurdles have been removed by  obtaining the requirements to operate
in these facilites. The need for having Reliability Insurance Policy, to trade
especially in City Boroughs, like New York in Brooklyn .

To  operate the services at Trade Fairs and Events where people need to eat
resonable amount of food. Do not try to enjoy yourself on empty stomach,
eat and be merry!
In outdoor open market Gazebos or Party tents will be used, especially when it is
raining, snowing or too hot. In the meantime use such facilities while street trading
is now very limited and the Licence is very expensive.  There is a need
to lobby Local Autholities, City Councils to reduce or lower street trading Licence
fee for small spaces from 2 metres up to 8 metres size for 470 pounds per month.
that is the minimum to pay. The licence is for twelve months of 6 thousand
pounds plus.  It is a wonder people who made a living trade from city Centre streets
have disappeared, until one comes across the reason why.  Might as well use a property
if you can get one.  The Community Centres use hourly rate charge to use their facilities, kitchen and Hall put together from 30 pounds an hour.  In London from 30 pounds
to 100 pounds per hour.  The more upmarket the area the more you pay!
The Corporation's or City Council's  rule is to make profit!

Food Services will be listed and show prices:

Out door food serving will use both Electricity where provided for a small
additional price or use barbaque equipment to save money!

Pictures will be uploaded to show the Gazebos or Party Tents.

LAMBER JACK

This is one of the projects already mentioned in report on main Web Site. Remove extended link Generalservice the rest is main information pack with other extended links forward slash (/) ProjectsUpdate extra to read.

Lamber jacking is done in many countries. One of natural resources to make Charcoal using wood (timber) and not Coal which is mined from underground called Pits job done by Coalminers used for heating and drive Steam Engine.

In this project will need people willing to spend time in Forest activities which such as Wales UK City Councils decided to fund if not still applies after cuts. It involves tree felling cutting using cordless saw using battery charger or petrol. Can hire one and later buy secondhand when enough funds are available. Need experienced volunteer or get someone offering tree cutting services cheaply. Work to cut and pile the pieces of wood cut large size needs team work with Team Leader once or twice a month depending the need to raise funds to pay those who have done the work same money as seasonal work. Only difference is it will be a full day's work of 6 hours mentioned for other projects start early and finish early with food and drink expense tea and lunch breaks.

Please wear visible and protection clothing such as gloves; for health and safety make sure everybody stands well away from falling trees being cut until they are flat on the ground. After three to five days the charcoal should be read for picking if well lit wood turned into charcoal. Still might need a day's work to pack into bags ready to sell in the market by another team of volunteers with team leader to write down in Log Book funds raised.

You can start work on either of the two projects with two separate Team Leaders. G et paid both times to assemble the pile of wood to burn into charcoal and to pick and pack. Pay twice the amount of half day's work. Same applies for Fairs and Events full day's work 6 hours once or twice a month book where there is kitchen food service available cut and within 50 miles travel up to two hours journey. Food and drink Expense with breaks 15 minutes break morning and lunch half an hour (30 minutes) and last 15 minutes afternoon break . Arrive at 9 am to prepare stall for an hour and start at 10 am finish at 4 pm that is the market hours guideline by the City Council. Be well organized. Uniforms will be introduced sooner or later in some countries and spread to the rest.

DO NOT WEIGH ANYTHING ONLY PACKED IN BAGS OR SACK. WHEN SELLING CAN WEIGH IF SCALES ARE AVAILABLE. USE A CONTAINER SHOWING SAME AMOUNT SOLD CHEAPLY SEE HOW MUCH PROFIT YOU MAKE PER BAG WILL INDICATE HOW MUCH MONEY YOU CAN RAISE PER SO MANY BAGS TO PAY VOLUNTEERS AND SAVE TO FUND THE SERVICES. WHEN YOU GO BACK TO DO MORE LAMBER JACKING AND FORAGING USE THE METHOD BAGGED NOT WEIGHT. SOME RULES WILL ONLY PERMIT TO OR ALLOW TO USE ELECTRONIC WEIGHTS SHOWING EXACT WEIGHT YOU HAVE TO NEGOTIATE FOR ANYTHING ELSE WHERE THERE IS A LOOPHOLE.

MEETING TO DISCUSS THE PLAN FOR THE PROJECTS USE: In the Community Libraries where Computer use is now free to use unlimited.
