COOK/CHEF AND ASSISTANT COOK/CHEF
Experienced Cook/Chef needed for small kitchen to cook
basic dinner and sandwiches for tea and Buffet
lunch
for the New Community Group. To cook for both
free and dinner sold cheaply to people on low budget
Meals involve - fry ups chips and stirr fry
vegetables mixed or cooked
Potatoes - cooked, mashed or grilled
Fried or grilled sausages chicken and beef burgers
Hot Pot -
cooked meat chicken and mince meat
The result is mouth watering!
Meals expected to be served:
Chips with sausages chicken or beef burgers peas
other green vegetables or baked beans
Potatoes cooked or mashed with the same fried or grilled
or hot pot - cooked casserol meat or chicken
with vegetables
to make a balanced meal!
Rice white or savoury cooked and served with hot pot and vegetables
SKILLS
Good time keeping
Requires experience expect pressure if we become busy
Good kitchen skills and food
hygeine keep work area clean
Good Communication with staff and people being served meals
We want a good friendly work environment and keep healthy

THIS JOB REQUIRES TWO PEOPLE MALE AND FEMALE
SKILLS
Work involves meals to be cooked such as
peeling cutting up vegetables and meat
according to the
recepies needed.
Have good attitude towards hygiene and
knowledge of food safety
Keeping the
kitchen work area clean
Serving free meals to people as well as buying customers
Serve food at the Counter, they will fetch
it and sit down
Washing up after the meal service is finished
work well with other staff have good communication
